HAMRUN - This catering outlet currently holds a Second-Class Bar permit and an up-to-date MTA license. The new tenant has the option to upgrade this license to a First-Class Bar or Class 4C if desired. The outlet is located at ground floor level in a highly frequented commercial area, situated between Hamrun and Santa Venera. It is positioned directly in front of several new government departments and offices, making it the only catering outlet available for people working in these locations. The license will remain in the possession of the landlord (referred to as the 'Licensee') and not the operator (referred to as the 'Tenant'). All operating licenses and permits will be the responsibility of the tenant, who will also be responsible for covering all water and electricity bills. The outlet will be rented out in its current state ("tale quale"), and any costs associated with refurbishment will be the responsibility of the incoming tenant.
