Yes, Darna is completely free for property seekers. You can search, filter, compare, and save properties without any cost. We aggregate listings from agencies like RE/MAX, Frank Salt, Perry, Quicklets, Alliance, Simon Mamo, Belair, Homes of Quality, Zanzi Homes, Benestates, Pelago, Sara Grech, and Dhalia.
Our scrapers run daily to ensure listings are as up-to-date as possible. New properties are added and removed listings are cleaned up regularly so you always see the latest availability.
We currently aggregate listings from 13 major Malta real estate agencies: RE/MAX Malta, Frank Salt Real Estate, Perry Estate Agents, Quicklets, Alliance Real Estate, Simon Mamo Real Estate, Belair Property, Homes of Quality (HOQ), Zanzi Homes, Benestates, Pelago Real Estate, Sara Grech, and Dhalia Real Estate.
Use the search bar on the homepage to filter by listing type (buy or rent), location, property type, price range, and number of bedrooms. You can combine multiple filters to narrow down results. Results can be sorted by newest, price (low to high or high to low).
Yes. You can select from popular locations like Sliema, St Julians, Valletta, Mellieha, and many more. You can also browse the Locations page to see all available areas with property counts and average prices.
You can filter by apartments, penthouses, maisonettes, villas, townhouses, houses of character, farmhouses, bungalows, duplexes, studios, and more. The property type filter shows all types available in our database.
Some agencies do not publicly list the price for certain properties. In these cases, we display "Price on Request" (POA). You can contact the listing agent directly through the property detail page to inquire about the price.
You can set up email alerts for specific search criteria (e.g., 2-bedroom apartments in Sliema under €250,000). When new properties matching your criteria are listed, you will receive an email notification. You can manage or cancel your alerts at any time.
Click the "Set Alert" button in the navigation bar, or use the bell icon on the search results page. Enter your email, choose your preferred search criteria, and select how often you want to be notified (daily, weekly, or monthly).
Yes. Visit the Alerts page and enter the email address you used to create the alert. You can then modify your search criteria, change notification frequency, or cancel the alert entirely.
Each property listing has multiple contact options: you can call the agent directly, send them an email, message them on WhatsApp, or fill out the contact form on the property page. You can also click "View on [Agency Name]" to see the original listing on the agency's website.
No. Darna is an aggregator, not a real estate agency. We do not sell, rent, or manage properties. All listings belong to their respective agencies. When you contact an agent through our platform, you are communicating directly with the listing agency.
The WhatsApp button allows you to instantly message the listing agent about a specific property. It opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message containing the property details, making it easy to start a conversation.
The price per square metre is calculated by dividing the property price by its floor area. This metric helps you compare value across different properties and locations, regardless of size. A lower price per m² generally indicates better value.
Property details like number of bedrooms, bathrooms, or square metres depend on what the listing agency provides. If an agency does not include certain details in their listing, we cannot display them. You can always check the original listing or contact the agent for full details.
Photos are sourced directly from the listing agencies and are updated when the agencies update their listings. For the most current photos and virtual tours, we recommend clicking through to the original listing via the "View on [Agency]" button.
No account is needed to search and view properties. You only need to provide an email address if you want to set up property alerts or submit a contact form inquiry.
We only collect information you voluntarily provide (email for alerts, contact form details). Contact form submissions are forwarded to you and the relevant agency. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Property data is sourced directly from the listing agencies. If you notice an error, we recommend contacting the agency directly. The listing data will be corrected on our platform when the agency updates their listing.
