This is a beautiful Villa in the St Julians Valley. This property is quite unique being surrounded by gardens and lovely greenery which gives you the feeling of space but having Amazing Seaviews and just minutes walk away from the main promenade ! If one woud like to run it as a Hostel , as is it could sleep circa 80 people , but there is plan in place to increase to 140 persons ! If one would like to apply for a Boutique Hotel one could adjust accordingly ! The place would also be ideal as an English Language School !
