Villa with a Pool

Villa Maldon is a 4-bedroom villa situated in a very quiet area in the village of Mellieha. Two bedrooms are en-suite and the other two bedrooms share a bathroom which also has a shower included. This villa is on one level and has a proper build in barbeque that can be used by charcoal. It has two pools; one for small children and another large pool, both are private. One can also see a picturesque country view including Selmun Palace and a sea view from the large deck, which surrounds the pool. Villa Maldon is surrounded by a large garden. There is also a cable T.V. set in the sitting room where one can also relax. This villa is fully air-conditioned at an extra cost. It is a popular tourist destination during the summer months. Mellieħa as a village developed under British colonization after the British encouraged people to settle in the area by giving leases to the population. For two centuries previously, the area was abandoned due to fear from attacks of corsairs andSaracens. Before that, only a few villagers lived in the area.
