Being situated on the third floor and as there is no lift facility, the apartment may not be suited to elderly people although they are most welcome as our guests if they can cope with a flight of stairs higher than normally expected. In a positive contrast, the fact that the apartment is on the third/top floor enjoys the advantages of clean air and fresh breeze from the sea as well as the view of the bay and of St.Paul"s Islands from the back windows of the apartment.
