Gozo - Kercem House of Character

KERCEM - This is one of the most authentic old farmhouses on the island of Gozo. It is over 250 years old and has been expertly converted into a four bedroom farmhouse with a swimming pool. The farmhouse is situated on the outskirts of the small village of Kercem and forms part of the hamlet of Santa Lucia. Entrance to the house is through a lovely courtyard. The hall leads to the Living room, the dining room, the kitchen and a double bedroom with en-suite. All rooms are furnished with antique furniture and all are equipped with ceiling fans. The Kitchen is well equipped with oven, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. From the kitchen and living room one can go out onto the pool area. The sizable pool measures 8m x 5m and also one finds a deck area with a BBQ. It has two staircases, one from the outside, through the courtyard, and one internal, leading to a double bedroom with en-suite shower and two bedrooms with two single beds each, both sharing a bathroom. One bedroom has a balcony and another has a terrace both enjoying fantastic views. The views from the house are breath-taking and one can nearly see the whole island of Gozo. The property comes with a large piece of land at the back. The farmhouse is also equipped with optional Cable TV and Internet service.
