Penthouses in Gozo - Xaghra - REF 85771

This beautiful penthouse offers a countryside view down to Ramla Bay, your nearest swimming spot! It has a wonderful balcony with sun & shade, so you can enjoy long, lazy evenings watching the sunsets. The property boasts a front terrace too, perfect for green fingers, as plenty of room to create a planted balcony like the neighbours! You are a short walk to the fabulous Tal-Furnar Gozitan restaurant, where hosts Jon & Anne Marie will take care of you and welcome you as their own. You have the convenience of the food truck stopping three times a week, and there is a main bus route into Rabat two minutes away. The second bedroom could become an office space (the single beds fold into chairs), so perfect for the working-from-home executive. The property is served with a lift, and the tenant will be expected to contribute to the communal areas' fees annually. This penthouse has been completed to a high standard, and all appliances are still under warranty
